Any complaint regarding the condition of the products delivered to the customers will be brought to our company's attention within 24 hours of receipt, by e-mail to comanda@moonbydanarogoz.ro, and our team will resolve it.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase from the website, you can return the package to us within 15 days and get your money back, provided the package is in the same condition as you received it.

We offer a full refund when the product have manufacturing defects and is unused.

Thus, the returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, in the original packaging (including the protective film if it exists), with all accessories/consumables, without any traces of wear, modification or consumption, both in the case of the product and the accessories..

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Leather products- clean them using a special lotion applied to a piece of fine cloth or suede.

Do not use cleaning lotions that are not suitable for leather, shoe cream or castor oil. These products contain ingredients that can harm your glove. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.

Skin is a natural product and therefore there may be differences from one surface to another and changes may occur as a result of daily wear. Changes in skin colour and signs of wear are natural and normal.Irregularities in the consistency and depth of colour of each bag should not be considered a defect but an inherent consequence of the natural beauty of the skin. Due to the special tanning process of the leather, colour transfer may occur and staining may occur if exposed to rain.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that for personalized candles the orders may take between 7 and 12 days.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
